VLUZNET | COVID-19 Update

VLUZNET is committed to helping it's customers continue to operate, collaborate, and grow, even during difficult times like these. This page outlines our current response to COVID-19 and any updates will be posted as well.

Office Status

VLUZNET quickly migrated to working remotely the week of March 23, 2020, and has been fully operational since then to address our clients’ needs. Our physical offices are closed with plans to re-open in accordance with state and local guidelines in the near future. All means of communication – phones, email, and Website are fully functioning.  Contact Us if you have any questions

Client Support

As prior to the pandemic, we're actively monitoring all of our clients 24x7 and available to address all support requests. You should not see any interruption to your services. We know transferring to an all-remote workforce has its challenges but we're here to help. Reach out to us if you have any issues or questions.

Contact us if you would like to discuss how we can implement or improve on security for your remote workforce, if you need to establish or add services to your business continuity plan, or If you want to discuss ways to improve your user experience or productivity.

Onsite Support

We know some support requests or updates will require one of our technicians to visit your company onsite. We're following the guidelines from the CDC and the World Health Organization. We’re requesting all client employees interacting with our field staff to wear a face mask and practice social distancing. Our top concern is the health of our employees and our clients’ employees.
